Neoastrology is the branch of astrology that strives to make astrology compliant with scientific standards. This book is the first in a series of books that documents how this purpose can be achieved - or rather: has been achieved. A neural network was trained successfully to recognize professions from astrological charts. Before this experiment was conducted a thorough research had taken place indicating that the time dependent factors in a chart are among its most important influences. The only way to achieve high exactness with charts is to rectify them. This book presents a rectification method, which in itself is a scientific proof in favour of astrology. The rectification method was originally developed by the Swiss astrologer Heinrich Kündig, and Eskild Rasmussen has then revised it to comply with the latest development in astrology. The rectification method is useful for both scientific researcher and the practising astrologer, who strives to improve his / her ability to predict the future.

Bogen trækker de store linier op i astrologiens historie, som den sammenholder med verdenshistorien, idet den fortæller, hvornår vigtige astrologiske teknikker blev introduceret. Kendte og mindre kendte astrologer præsenteres sammen med deres bedrifter - eller mangel på samme. Alligevel kan bogen godt leve op til sit formål, som er at gavne og fornøje.
