This is the first of five volumes and sets the context for those that follow.

This volume contains the Bible Word Count Study, commissioned by the U.S. Institute for Theological Engineering and Applied Divinity and other white papers and speeches from the ITEAD World Conference 2008.

The book also contains three short screen plays, "Thinking Problem," "National Security," and "The Trial," and over a dozen images from the cutting room floor at Slacker Manor.
