Richard is most upset with his wife, Jessica, and when she domes to him and asks for punishment, she is positive that all he will do is scold and tell her she has no free spending money until she replaces what she took from their special account. He tells her to be very sure she wants punishment, because once she consents, he will not spare her. Jessie gives her consent, and is shocked to learn she is in for a punishment that spans an entire weekend, and will include writing lines and standing in the corner! What Richard doesn't tell her is that he intends to free her of her inhibitions by keeping her nude and using gingerroot, and insisting that she learn to touch herself.

I've always thought I would love to live in a different time and place, and find time travel fascinating, especially since DD wasn't such a 'shock' in earlier time periods.
Once Olivia and Quinn are sent back in time, Quinn is offered the job as Sheriff, and then told that the last two sheriffs were killed by Clayton Ramsey. Olivia is as determined to protect Quinn as he is to protect her, and it leads to confrontation after confrontation until Quinn decides the only way that his Livvy is going to get the message is through a spanking. Liv reminds Quinn that spanking isn't acceptable, and is shocked to learn that he believes in spanking and that he fully intended to spank her in his office right before they were struck by lightning.
