Rachel’s Way was conceived from conversations with over fifty women, who have survived varying degrees of relationship and spousal abuse. As a survivor, it is still a day to day struggle, not to fall back in to violent relationships, or allow ourselves to become victims again. And even then, we sometimes fall prey to the psychological conditioning and programming that plague our subconscious.
Rachel Spencer is a conglomerate of those survivors. Allowing us a glimpse into her world, and to understand why she stayed, and why she ran.
