Money nothing but a fools paradise.
Envy and greed man's main tool,
Racing through life he acts a fool.
Concrete structures and strange machines,
Slowly replacing life so it seems.
With human destruction of the earth,
Slowly he stops all creation and birth.
With man's desire to win the game,
Nature bows and cry's with shame.
Hidden tears in eyes all around,
As man puts on his paper crown.
So stop, listen and look around,
Surely in life true treasures can be found.
Secrets to see and to hear,
Something in life you can hold dear.

Welcome to Altvision, a place where alternative reality becomes real and reality is just a state of mind. A place where I will share with those that are interested, stories, and art work.
I believe that the truth is often subjective and there are two sides to every story. As you look at my art and read the discriptions I would hope that you can gain some insight. I personally have studied a great many things related to the human consciousness. Have been told by various mystics, psychics and mediums that I have a gift to share. What this gift is I have yet to convince myself, sure I have given people spiritual healing, psychic readings, even been able to quote religious text and philosophies without having reading them. What does this mean though? I would definately not say I was a genius by along chalk, perhaps it is just having an open mind and imagination which is the real key to such things.

Download: $1.59 Eye of Enlightenment, is a simple painting. It is mearly an depiction of an old adage, The eyes are the windows to the soul. For those who are of a skeptial nature, one could say the eyes are what the brain sees and the soul is merely our consiousness. There is probably more to it, but that is for you to decide.

Download: $1.59 This is a painting from a few years ago, and to be honest I have no idea where it came from, I guess you could say its pure imagination. I personally like the colours and the composition, but as to what it means is beyond me.

Download: $1.59 Two Faces, and fine art abstract depicting the face you show to the world and the smaller hidden face you think you keep hidden, the part that you think of as your real self. This real self is the voice of your emotion and not matter how well you think you hide it, it will always be visable. This visability is seen in your outward expression towards the world.

Download: $1.59 Over Come the Chains of fear, while it is not the best painting ever, it has meaning which most people will understand. Simply put the demon is mearly an expression of your own fears, this could be a spider, hieghts or any other phobia. To the right of the demon is a person who is petrified, over come with fear of the demon, as such their progress is halted and they are chained to their fear, hiding from life. The person approaching can see his fear, but also beyond that fear his his goal, through determination and faith he his able to pass, and he's fear is held at bay and unable to deter his progress. If you have a fear, know that you can overcome any obstacle in life as long as you don't surrender your will and give up. Fear of the new, or the unknown is often something that holds us back in life, but only if you let it. You only ever lose in life if you give up.

I find doodling can be theraputic, it is also an outlet for the subconscious mind. On occation this can lead to images which are relevant to your life at the time.

Download: $1.59 I painted this image many years ago, it is based on the tree of life taken from the Kabbalah. During my quest for understanding, it was one of the many spiritual philosophies I studied in my own time. This, runic lore, Tarot, spiritualism, budism, Brahmism and being baptised and confirmed a roman catholic as a child it makes for quite a concoction.
