AMINA BHIMLA has been writing poetry for over ten years. Her second poem was featured in her high school yearbook publication, in Toronto, Ontario. After graduating, she lived abroad studying while participating in poetry readings on the college stage. As she returned to Canada, she became a writing committee member for a Toronto based community journal, The Ambition. She contributed her poetry and articles to this journal for five years. She has since been publishing her works on her website at www.aminaspoetry.com. Blinding Colors is her first poetry book published.
