When i was a child i was told i was a Gant, other authors use the term, Gant = Giant Ant, i liked that one, i told my father it meant, Great Awful Nasty Trouble. I was given the choice of not telling anyone what it meant... my guilty secret is out... at last... I'm a G.A.N.T!!! I found my love for poetry early on, i played the poetry game with someone in my youngest days, I have a bible verse especially for me... a tree mentioning one! Later it came together at Orangefield School for Girls, Belfast, where i spent a lot of time in a Geography cupboard... and much later i learnt how the disapline of writing and research at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, where i did a BSC. (hons)Applied Psychosocial studies.... not in writing but in life.... I write all sorts of books just for the fun of it, and I hope someday someone else will enjoy them too...
