Ashaki D. Henry as the name implicitly signifies, is a BEAUTIFUL human BEing and not one merely EXISTing. At the early age of four, she was encouraged to embrace reading as a routine past-time activity, and this notion consequently nurtured her love for the arts. Her passion for reading heightened throughout her adolescence years, ultimately igniting her desire to write Poetry. Determined to always grasp the 'bigger picture' of the most extreme circumstances, and blessed with the ability to use words and formation in a rhythmical and metaphorical way to illustrate that picture, she fervently worked to enhance her natural craft for writing. With the support and encouragement of her friends and family, those of whom would often turn to her to satirically enlighten them on the 'bigger picture' of their tumultuous experiences, Ashaki decided to pursue her inner dream of becoming a published Author. When asked to outline the motivation behind her first published work, TITLE, she thoughtfully professes:

"It's the never-ending drama! Drama is an avid part of everyday life...of everyday living! But the problem lies where people tend to seek the answers to the cause and the solution to their problems from outside sources. Some have yet to grasp the idea that they control their own destiny through the power of their words and thoughts...through THEIR CHOICES! I believe the sooner people realize that, the better prepared they'd be to overcome the odds."

TITLE is the first of such creative publications of Ashaki Mandeyah that is made available to the external audience. Based in Kingston, Jamaica, the novel dramatically spins the tale of *****. Ashaki wittingly outlines:

"It is a work of fiction that is not necessarily false in accordance with the popular definition of the word. The characters are real people...their experiences of happiness, deceit, and disappointment are real. In all true essence, they are all me! Afterall, I did create them..."

When asked what differentiates her first novel from those already published playing on a similar theme, she non-sensically quotes:

"The plot! Nothing, and I mean absoultely nothing is predictable in TITLE...most of the decisions made are actually typical; meaning that the average reader will see eye to eye with the character in question. Like for example, that person who deserved a hard slap to the face, got just that! No excuses..."

Then she excitedly added:

"...And, the novel is not gender specific! I thoughtfully worked to avoid that particular angle. This story is not the typical women bashing men or vice versa. Men do have problems too... Truthfully, I find we're an equally annoying and impulsive specie!"

She affectionately laughs at actually affirming that fact, to the contrary of what she would regularly admit in the presence of her male companions.

Ashaki is an Author filled with zeal, creativity, and diction, who has garnered the ability to emotionally connect with just about any individual that truly observes and understands their daily living. TITLE has an experience for anyone of the the vast majority of huMAN BEings.

Ashaki Mandeyah will be a force to reckon with!!!
