I hope my story will motivate and inspire you to try your very best to improve or regain your health. Suffering with so many problems, AMONG them FIBROMYALGIA, CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME, ARTHRITIS, DEPRESSION, MIGRAINES etc I strived desperately to understand what had caused my illness. Once I knew this, I could then go on to improve my health! Simple? No! It took a few years, blood, sweat and tears and various alternative therapists, books and the internet to help me get my body and mind back together again. In this book, which spans a period of 5 years, I cover everything from colonic irrigation to vegetable juicing, from reflexology to meditation to mercury fillings and much more. While my progress was indeed slow, I improved my health about 70%! Later on in 2008, I am now fully recovered and have written a second book "Starting Over" which carries on from this book.
