Print: $49.95 Every reference to the "Holy Spirit" used by Paton is "capitalized" and Paton refers to the Holy Spirit as He, Him, or a Person. Also, there is made mention of the Holy Spirit AND the Spirit of Christ "interchanging" in their use. The April 1881, Zion's Watch Tower, p.214 said: "That you go forth into large or small cities, according to your ability, as Colporteurs or Evangelists, seek to find in every place the earnest Christians, many of whom you will find possessed of a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge; to these seek to make known the riches of Our Father's grace, and the beauties of His word, giving them tracts; and as a work of kindness and love to them, endeavor to sell them the "Day Dawn," or to take their subscription for the "Watch Tower," [or if interested, but too poor to purchase, presenting the same as a gift from God."]

Print: $19.96 Grew was born in Birmingham, England, but moved to Boston with his parents at the age of fourteen. At the age of twenty-three he was elected deacon of the Baptist Church he attended, and was later licensed to preach in Hartford, Connecticut, where he served over a decade until he was dismissed for views the church deemed heretical.
He not only preached against slavery, but, from the Bible alone, Henry Grew determined that the doctrines of the immortal soul, hell-fire, and trinity were not scriptural. He wrote several books against the doctrines, one of which was picked up by George Storrs, who was later convinced of Grew’s views regarding the state of the dead. Grew’s clear scriptural exposition and ideas had a direct influence on the beliefs and teachings of Charles Taze Russell, an early President of the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society.

Print: $19.96 The book CHILDREN was written in 1941 by J. F. Rutherford. Children is the last book written by Rutherford before his death. A touching scene at the convention came on Sunday, August 10, which was "Children’s Day." When the morning session opened, 15,000 children between 5 and 18 years of age were assembled in the main arena directly in front of the platform and in a place similarly set aside at a trailer city where an overflow crowd listened. As Brother Rutherford, then in his early 70’s, stepped onto the platform, the children cheered and applauded. He waved his handkerchief, and the children waved back. Then, in a clear, kind voice, he addressed the entire audience on the theme "Children of the King."
