How to Pay for Books?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We accept debit and check cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. If you're paying with a debit or check card, enter it as if it were a regular credit card. However, we do not currently accept Maestro credit cards or the Visa Electron.
We do not accept personal checks or money orders unless you have an established credit account with us.
Bulk Sales, Distributors, Purchasers from Africa, Asia and the Middle East?
If you are an distributor, academic institution, or individual located in the Middle East, Africa, or Asia please email Mr. Robert Kaplan (robertk@cppublishing.org) to take advantage of our special discounts for you. Please note that a purchase of at least twenty books or at least five copies of a single title is required to qualify for library and distributor discounts. There is no minimum order for purchasers from Africa, Asia and the Middle East, but books must be shipped to an address in these regions.
How do I use the shopping cart?
Clicking an ADD TO CART button on an item's detail page puts that item in your shopping cart. From the shopping cart, you can
Click CONTINUE SHOPPING to find more items to add to your cart. You can return to your cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" link at the top right on any page.
Remove an item from your cart by clicking Delete next to that item.
Change the quantity of a printed item or a service. Enter the new quantity in the item's Quantity box and click UPDATE CART.
Click CHECKOUT if you've finished shopping to log in or create an account and enter shipping, payment and billing information. If your information has been saved from a previous purchase, you will still have the opportunity to double-check and/or edit this information before placing your order.
Editing or updating saved information
The shopping cart conveniently saves your payment, shipping and billing information for easier checkout the next time. If you have previously made a purchase with us and would like to change or update your information, click the Change buttons next to Shipping Address, Billing Address, or Payment Method.
Completing your order
Look over all your information on the Order Review page and make sure it is correct. Keep in mind that because our production process is completely automated, completed orders cannot be modified. When your order is exactly as you want it (make sure you have selected your preferred shipping method), click the PLACE ORDER button.
When you place your order, you will receive a receipt and a link to access any downloads you purchased.
Returns and Refunds
Generally, we do not accept returns and do not provide refunds on regular orders. Of course, if there is a problem with an order that is our fault, we will provide you a replacment book. Bulk orders and orders from distributors with accounts with us can be returned if this has been agreed by prior arrangement.
