Print: $30.00 "Serve Ye the Lord with Gladness" is the first gathering and vernacular English translation of proper prayers of Celtic usages for the entire year.
Together, the two volumes contain 940 pages of material, not available anywhere else.
Initially "Serve Ye the Lord with Gladness" started as a project to publish the Altar Missal according to the usage of the Celtic Orthodox Christian Church. It has grown into a resource for any Christian for study and contemplation. Volumes 1 and 2 of this book contain prayers and resources for the entire year. Both volumes are necessary since Volume I only contains the Propers for Fixed Days: Advent, Christmas, through Epiphany, the Martyrology of Oengus the Céli Dé and Life of Saints and their Commemorations. Volume II contains the Movable Days: Pre-Lent, Lent, Easter, Paschaltide, Ascension, the Pentecost Season, General Proper Prayers, and the Life of the Apostles.
