Write from History is a complete writing program based on the principles of Ms. Charlotte Mason--narration, copywork, and dictation using:
1) historical narratives
2) text from primary source documents
3) poetry
4) cultural tales

The Fun Spanish is also based on the principles of Charlotte Mason--learning the target language, one phrase at a time.

All copybooks of the same color contain coordinated stories and copywork models

Note: The Classical Reading and Writing Copybooks will be changed over time to the Write from History format. The function of the books is still the same, but the methodology is silently different in the Write from History books. The Write from History books adhere more to the Charlotte Mason methodology.

1) A separate model for copywork and dictation for each story
2) Oral narration immediately follows the story rather than later
3) The recommended dictation is studied dictation rather than cold dictation.
