Thank you for taking the time to visit my storefront. I am George O. (Pete) Love, EMT-Paramedic. I worked for over 20 years in EMS before a back injury forced me to leave the job. I would like to share my works with you and encourage you to visit again very soon. Completed works now include: Hummer: Flight to Freedom; On The Scene I, On The Scene II: Status Check; On The Scene III; Busy on Call. Other works currently in progress are: "Mark Up!" - Sports Fiction, "The Return" (Science Fiction), "The Aura" (Science Fiction) and "The Coach's Guide to Baffled Parents" (A Method Book),"ON The Scene IV; Backup Requested"(Medical Fiction/Drama)and "On the Scene V: Emergency Transport (Medical Fiction/Drama).
I am also compiling a lot of the poetry I wrote when I was younger, from high school, college and shortly thereafter. This work is currently available and is being revised about once a month as more works surface.

After a few mutated children suffer heart conditions, Beth’s knowledge saves their lives. Years of testing and training developed these children into a new generation of humans, but an errant pilot flies over the testing area and is killed by an aggressive mutant. Her captors—the scientists who trained her to kill, heal, and operate every piece of military hardware available—are ordered to terminate Beth and her friends. Beth escapes and finds a community of people who understand her. Through them she finds friendship and acceptance. When Beth learns her former captors want to destroy this community, she uses everything she has learned to survive.

begin to wear our crews down as
they continue their races against life
and death in the Gulf Coast region of
Texas.
We find a couple of bad seeds among
our heroes and the conviction in one
brave medic to help local police rid
the community of medics who place
money above caring for their
patients.
Personal triumphs are realized as Kevin's Daughters are off to
Oklahoma City for the Junior National Gymnastics competition
in their bid to become part of the US Junior Olympic team.

His life revolves around two very active and successful girls who would love to break onto the Olympic scene. His wife (Helen) has never respected his line of work and loves the socially elite Texas society. Her dream to work for a major network places her life in jeopardy as her producer is determined to get even with Helen over a high school prank. The plot to publicly discredit Helen affects more than her family as lives hang in the balance.
Another twist of fate sends Kevin to unknowingly rescue his old girlfriend who was publicly disgraced by Helen’s prank. Over twenty years separate Kevin from his high school girlfriend who still wears the locket Kevin gave her to mark their last date. As her marriage hovers near disaster, Kevin attempts to keep his family together amid suspicions of infidelity, a drunken attack and a video of his wife in rare form at a country bar.
