Niquenya D. Fulbright specializes in motivating small business owners, entrepreneurs, executives and individuals in a career or life transition to use their innate abilities to master their goals and achieve successes beyond their wildest dreams. She has over ten years experience creating a positive impact in an organization’s bottom-line and delivering dynamic solutions.

Industry experience includes healthcare, property management, airlines, retail, federal government, insurance, office administration and information technology. She possesses a professional diploma in Network Administration from Robert Morris College and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with a concentration in Small Business & Entrepreneurship that was earned at DeVry University. Currently she is pursuing Master’s studies in Clinical Psychology at Argosy University in Chicago.

A mother of two, Niquenya likes to spend her free time creating memories with her children. She is also an avid reader and a lover of foreign language. She also enjoys poetry, art and cooking ethnic foods. She devotes much of her time to volunteer activities among several non-profit organizations throughout the Chicagoland area.

It is Niquenya’s personal philosophy that we are all geniuses in our own right. Her goal is to unleash the genius within so that her audiences can live a happy, fulfilled life with passion and purpose. Niquenya wants to act as a partner in building a bridge between dreams and the desired reality. As a certified Christian life coach, she follows the principles of client-centered coaching and the teachings of the laws of attraction along with her strong Christian faith to command life-changing results. She also offers a FREE introductory coaching session for all first time clients. Coaching is conducted primarily via telephone with occasional onsite visits to client’s office for management consultations and/or executive and small business coaching.
