How to set up a backup server (and client) with Amanda on Linux
This book will guide you through the process of creating a backup server and clients that use the amanda tool built into Fedora and other distributions of Linux. Everything you need to know to back up your company's servers with a single backup server is in this manual.

Inside this book, I will teach you step by step how to set up and configure a backup server and each network client, such as an app server, that will work in conjunction with the backup server in a company's network of servers. All you need are the OS discs and this file, and you can set up a client/backup server system for your company. This manual comes complete with working examples, and customizable scripts.

I have also written Linux kickstart files for FC2-4 to save you the hassle of having to install Amanda by hand by configuring the servers for you:

The Newlywed's Cookbook
This book is intended to be used as a guide for people who have little or no experience and/or skill in the kitchen. Stereotypically, newlywed couples are sometimes viewed as people who are relatively young and may not have much experience with cooking. Some newlyweds struggle with even planning one meal per day (due to lack of experience and confidence) and so they often eat/order out. That isn’t always the case, of course, but as far as newlyweds go, that is the common stereotypical view. But this book is not just for those with little experience. It’s for everyone, from the best chefs to the new cooks. Recipes included in this book are designed to expose you to the wonderful world of taste and the joy of cooking. They are easy to prepare, and the directions are clear and simple. There are ample amounts of each type of recipe: appetizers, entrees, and desserts, so you can plan a complete meal each day.

How to Create an Initial Ramdisk Image to Fix a Kernel Panic
In an example, we did a yum update that updated the Fedora kernel from 2.6.18-1.2239.fc5smp to 2.6.19-1.2288.2.1.fc5smp. On the subsequent reboot, there was a kernel panic on bootup because the ramdisk image could not find the lvm info in /boot/initrd-2.6.19-1.2288.2.1.fc5smp.img (possibly because of a bug with this kernel). This is a common problem and this manual explains how to fix it.
