The Madasson memorial monument is dedicated to the US Army troopers from 101th airborne and various other units which defended the town of Bastogne, during the second world war in Winter 1944 during the battle of the Bulge. Pictures took by the Belgian artist photographer Guy Vandervoort.

This abstract artwork was inspired from some of my photos featuring a large farm tree and a beautiful countryside. I created it in Photoshop with my photos and many, many other effects, layers and some original painting as well. In this work I really wanted to create a peaceful ambiance and something very natural and calming. I saw it first in a vision, I saw a large tree being surround by lightness and flowing soft colors. I call it Daybreak for the light that seams to be on the tree branches and the soft blue hues of color like the morning mist surrounding this earthen beauty, just before daybreak.

Download: $8.95 This work was inspired by “Cyrus the Great” the Persian leader that was noted for creating some of the very first human rights acts so to speak.
My inspirations include some of the Persian symbols, “bird” and his “statue” interweaved into this design along with some of the colors and flairs of my client. There are some Sci Fi and fantasy elements.
The end story is, “Cyrus” has been asleep or dead for a while and he has now been resurrected (how my client feels) and is starting over with more energy and power driven into his music. So that was the feeling I was trying to capture and illustrate in this work.

Freemasonry uses the metaphors of operative stonemasons' tools and implements, against the allegorical backdrop of the building of King Solomon's Temple, to convey what is most generally defined as "a system of morality veiled in allegory and illustrated by symbols."
