Tinhorn discovered Lulu shortly after the site’s launch. In the ensuing five years he started assisting newbies with their projects in the forums, was appointed one of Lulu’s first Power Posters, one of the first Lulu Masters, one of the first Live Help helpers, and was invited to become one of Lulu’s first Service Providers in 2005.

Running a successful Service Provider business is important, but Tinhorn’s focus has always been assisting self-published authors navigate the Lulu system. The clock starts ticking when we receive all your files and instructions. Earlier orders are started sooner than later orders, of course, but no work can begin until we have all your finished files and complete instructions.

Final approval of your project is your responsibility before you release the book to the public. Ordering a proof prior to ordering in quantity or approving for distribution is also your responsibility. We'll gladly accept responsibility for one proof if an error is our fault.
