In 1987 Sandy White established a private practice as a Credit and Debt Counseling Specialist in Central California. She quickly became the media spokesperson for credit and debt related issues, with radio, television and print media. She was a featured writer for the local BAR Association as well as a Key Note Speaker for the Financial Industry and several Associations. The mortgage and real estate community relied on Sandy's expertise to assist them and their clients with credit, debt and ID theft related challenges. In late 1990 Sandy developed a national training program for Credit and Debt Counselors. In 1999 her first book, 'Debt Crisis Solutions' was released, and she traveled and trained counselors across the country. When the California real estate and mortgage market began to boom, the values and standards of the industry professionals decreased. Sandy acquired an existing real estate and mortgage team. She personally managed and staffed over 30 agents. Her mission was to create a team of professionals that would help combat against predatory lending. With the rise in mortgage and real estate fraud the need for education, resources and consumer awareness is in great demand. Sandy sold her mortgage and real estate company and launched Fraud Core to assist and provide these much needed tools, for the consumers, lenders and realtors. Sandy and her husband, Johnny White, own 007LiveScan, a Department of Justice and FBI Live Scan Fingerprinting Agency. They have two locations in Central California. The Above Possibility Group was founded by Sandy White in 2007. Sandy delivers keynote speeches and personal coaching. Her latest program: "There is no key to happiness, the door is always open," is helping to impower individuals and groups.
