But when Tom discovers that he also has the ability to control the dreams of others, he realizes he may have the means to bring his parents back together through the power of dream and so sets out to learn the skills of a Dreamweaver. With his Dream friends, Will and Becca, Tom tries to come to terms with the realities of Wake by day and explores the magical land of Dream by night. However, one boy stands in his way and though Tom receives help and training from the Sandman, controller of all Dream, he must prepare to fight the final battle alone.
