Hello and welcome to the latest blog entry for July - August. Looking back over the last year pondering over the projects that I have started, some finished and published while others are shelved. I would like to take this time to make note of my personal credits mostly for myself but also so that those reading this can see what I have done. In Jan 2007 I published a collection of seven of my short stories this was bound in the title "The Evil Season". Following this I compiled the collected best of my poems in "Dead Letters". I have in between this made available my artwork on Lulu.com. Recently a short story I wrote appeared in the Dillon Langland's hosted anthology entitled "On Consecrated Ground" and come this August I will appear in the second volume!!!
"Doors without a keeper" is a story that has tortured me for over a year. I have failed to give my full attention until very recently when Dillon Langlands proposed the second volume of the anthology is happening. This was the story I planned on making into a film but finance is the key to making this happen and I havent quite reached the planned budget yet. This will happen.
"The Evil Season Volume 2? (title TBC) This anthology has been in the works since the first one was published, I cannot say for a fact when I plan to release this. Things have been wet in the thought of what to write, I have never been this full of ideas and concepts. As well as releasing the second anthology I also plan on going back and working the kinks out of the first one.
"Free downloads" I still plan on making more stories for you to download for FREE so for those who have sent me e-mails praising them (you are all too kind, love ya!) do not despair I will make more availble to you.
I have stopped publishing artwork on Lulu.com purely because there doesnt seem to be that much interest in this...so I am publishing my artwork on a website specifically for this. Redbubble.com is a great site that almost slipped off my radar...the sales have been great so far. Artwork is updated pretty much everytime I make something good and like with my writing the imagination has me working overtime. Art is cheap, you can buy art in greeting card and print form and also as canvas.

June - July 2008...I have recently contributed to an anthology entitled "On Consecrated Ground" my story added is called "Picket" which is you guessed it..a horror story. Dillon Langlands who made this possible is working on the second volume which I am really excited about so hopefully my contributions wont stop at one story...there will be a wraparound story which I am currently writing which will open the anthology, introduce each story and end the book and hopefully leave threads for a third volume. As a reader and contributor I found the anthology choc full of talented writers all with their own ways to scare so for any budding fan I would advise you check this out.

Painted with acrylics, this depiction is personal to me at a specific point in my life. I also thought it would be cool to use this as inspiration for one of my stories.

Some poems were written whilst I was writing The Evil Season so there are some exagerated pieces like Tales from the bone yard which is one of my faves.
