About the Authors

Karen Goeller has produced State Champions, National TOPS Team Athletes, Empire State Games Competitors, and three National Champions are from her gymnastics facility. She has worked for world's most famous gymnastics coach Bela Karolyi, owned a gymnastics facility for ten years, has been featured in several newspapers and on television numerous times. She knows the sports conditioning and she knows how to help adults reach their fitness goals.
Brian Dowd is the one who carefully tested each exercise and then worked as the fitness model. He has been a member of numerous travel baseball teams growing up and competed in the AAU, NABF, AABC National Championships, and the AAU Junior Olympics National Championships among others. Brian also played 4 years of varsity baseball for one of the best and most respected high school programs in New York City. Brian went on to play 4 years of NCAA College Baseball and now plays semi-professional baseball in the New York area. Brian Dowd currently coaches on the college level. Besides Dowd's continued dedication to baseball, he has returned to college in pursuit his masters degree.
