Print: $23.15 Report documenting the entry and subsequent First Place Designation for the 2008 JP Morgan Chase Community Development Competition, held in New Orleans, Louisiana. The student entry was jointly submitted by the College of Architecture at the Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts at Washington University in St. Louis, as part of the CITYbuild Consortium of Schools, with the Department of Urban Studies & Planning at Massachusets Institute of Technology. With assistance from faculty advisors Derek Hoeferlin (Washington University) and Karl Seidman (MIT), the students crafted an adaptive re-use architectural design coupled with corresponding business development plan for the local non-profit small business organization, Good Work Network.
