My work is aimed at capturing the almost beauty of life, with life’s greatest beauty, the woman, as the centerpiece.

I am fascinated by the female form, the power it holds and the beauty it displays.
My goal is to create images that neither disrespects nor diminishes those who I photograph. On the contrary I want both women and men to look upon my work and see something that makes them feel beautiful.

Mahogany Essence is a project dedicated to the celebration of the beauty of women of the African Diaspora. The vision is to generate a forum which portrays the beauty of black women in a way which is respectful, sensual and beautiful, through the medium of fine art nude photography of the highest standard. We believe that people are ready for, and deserve to see the black female form presented in a way which elevates rather than denigrates those who are represented in our images.
