Jeffrey D. Deitering was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa in 1968 and was raised in the towns of Modale and Mondamin, Iowa. Jeff graduated from West Harrison Community Schools in 1986 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University in 1991. Jeff now resides with his wife, Sandy, and cat, Friley, in Lawrence, Kansas.
