Well, to write a bio, always a difficult task at best. I am 44, married, with a teen age daughter (and because of this fact am lacking my sanity). We live in Massillon, Ohio. A town neighbored by Canal Fulton rich in history as the centeral exchange for commerce in the days of canal boats here in America.

I have been interested in photography since 1991. I bought my first 35mm SLR camera, a Pentax compatible, Vivitar V2000. I was instantly hooked. Shooting landscapes and scenics until 2000, when I made my first attempt at "people" photography. I moved indoors and in the basement of my home built my first studio. What an undertaking, so much to learn about photography and lighting that you don't typically have to deal with when shooting scenics. I have since expanded to shooting still lifes and now urban, industrial and architectural.

I am currently working on my first book, a collection of my work over the years. This book will feature a collection of my Black and White photos.
