Raw Food, Natural Health, Self Realization
I am excited to announce the release of my new raw foods DVD in March 2008! This video has been almost three years in coming, and it is my great pleasure to make this information-packed DVD available to you now!
My background: I hold a degree in Philosophy from Michigan State University. I am a raw food enthusiast and sungazer living in beautiful, mile-high Idyllwild, California. I previously owned a raw foods delivery service in San Diego and worked for 2 years at the premier raw food superstore, Sunfood Nutrition (formerly Nature's First Law), at sunfood.com.
You can visit my main website at rawfoodsforbusypeople.com, and my fun stuff website at veggieseverywhere.com.

2007 Aug 24 After selling over 20,000 copies of the Raw Foods for Busy People book, I am now poised to launch the companion DVD at the Raw Spirit Festival in Sedona, Arizona, in October, 2007.
I'll be on a video kick for a while, with two more DVDs in the works. One will be a raw food retrospective, featuring a pioneer in raw food publishing, and the second will be an inspiring look at how one woman makes yarn from her own animals, "From Sheep to Chic."
It's amazing how empowering a lightning-fast computer can be! And how invaluable some good techie friends can be...
2006 Jan 30 The 1st edition of Raw Foods for Busy People has had quite a run! The fact that I've sold thousands of copies of my first book in the first year of publication attests to the incredible interest in natural health that has seized our nation. As the "War on Cancer" by the Western medical establishment shows itself to be a complete failure, and disease rates soar in every category, it is clear that stodgy M.D.'s need to step aside. The American public is ready to educate themselves about disease prevention, and gentle, non-toxic therapies. If you are considering purchasing Raw Foods for Busy People, please note that it is not wordy or scientific - it is a concise book of easy recipes for those who are already interested in eating more raw foods. Much work has already been done about the health benefits of raw foods - from Gabriel Cousens, M.D., to David Wolfe and Victoria Boutenko, and so many others! I realize, however, that some of you will be introduced to some new dietary concepts simply by reading the preview to the book, so I will fill in some of the gaps in scientific resources for some of the statements I make in Chapter 1. For information on enzymes and health, read the classic, Enzyme Nutrition by Dr. Edward Howell. To learn more about the importance of pH balance, read The pH Miracle by Robert O. Young, Ph.D., or Alkalize or Die by Theodore Baroody. The importance of lymph system health is becoming more understood, and is the main reason for the recent popularity of rebounding. For more information, read The Healing Diet: A Total Health Program to Purify Your Lymph System and Reduce the Risk of Heart Disease by Gerald M. Lemole, M.D.
