In June 2005, my first feature article was printed in CARTOONIST PROfiles magazine. To me, that was "making it": I had long considered getting featured in CARTOONIST PROfiles as a tremendous honour, and thanks to Jud Hurd, I had the opportunity.
Sadly, Jud passed away just as this final issue was printed. I will always be grateful to him for including me in CARTOONIST PROfiles.
This article discusses my Cartooning career as it was in 2005, and includes information and advice about Freelance Cartooning, Self-publishing, and more, with sample illustrations and cartoons.
