Download: $6.25 I started writing these pieces because a friend and I discussed how fun it might be to relate music to musicians using words and phrases as a supplement to traditional music theory. I took this idea seriously and began to examine what I thought good music was and how it should be made.
However, the more I wrote, the more I would reach into my experience and liken music theory to the broader aspects of my life. The poems were me, overexposed and underdeveloped. I felt that anyone who read these would know who I was. I never intended to share them with anyione. I can share these now because I feel there might be some pleasure, and possibly benefit, to those who would read these compositions.
