Waldron Edition, Version 2.00, Softcover+Archetypes or Coil-Bound Two-Volume Set
The Waldron Edition is based on Version 2.00 content, made available August 2008. Because of page limits on bindings, the book is split into two parts.
The softcover book contains everything, except for the Archetypes, which are available in a thin coil-bound supplement. These are the first two choices below.
Volume 1 contains the first three chapters, table of contents, lists of definitions and theorems, archetypes, appendices and index. Volume 2 is simply the remaining chapters. These two volumes are coilbound, which is probably more convenient for a student, since it lays flat nicely, unlike the binding on the softcover book.
A $5 contribution to the project is included in the price of the softcover book and in the price of Volume 1 of the coilbound set. The Archetype supplement and Volume 2 are sold at the cost of production. Keep this in mind when you make additional donations through the book's website.
