Louise Manning has a PhD in global food production and has worked in the food supply chain for over twenty years. Louise specialises in advising and coaching individuals and businesses in the areas of business management, quality assurance, food safety, animal welfare, ethical issues, and environmental protection.
Louise has written and edited many paper based and e-books and her academic research has been published in several peer reviewed journals. She also writes articles for trade and organisational publications.
