This is a distillation of the Metaportal series of Enigmatic Art of the Imagination by Tantra Bensko. This is an image from the Metaportal series as found in the Tantric Metaportals and the METAPORTALS books. It is Liminal Art of the Imagination, evocative of opening the visionary states of the presence of the aspects of the self that are beyond the perspectives of the ego. When that self appears through the portal, we see it in enigmatically divine.
The preview of the books does not present the images as they appear in the book or the downloadable form, as they are glossy, smooth, high quality images which are saturated and professional. You can read about Metaportals and see better images in my article in Ashe Journal Here
"Tantra" has more than one etymology given. One is "the web." The interconnectedness of all things. The other is "to teach in order to liberate."

About the Author/Artist

She is the Art Director of ,Mad Hatters Review, was an art and photography judge for BTDesign Awards, out of Italy, and was the World Class Photographer for The Times Journal of Photography, out of India, and the staff artist for MKzine. Her solo show, "Reality Burn!" travels through Spain. Her art has been shown Internationally, such as in many shows in London, and in the Salon Mondial in Luxembourg. Her art has been published prodigiously in journals, with covers, features, and interviews. Some of her art will be in the CameraArts Showcase Edition. Her art shows regularly at Aspect Gallery in San Francisco.

She lives in San Francisco.

She also writes poetry, with an MFA from Iowa, and many publications and writing awards. She has published numerous short stories as well, and calls what she writes Lucid Fiction.Her writing site is Lucid Fiction.

She is a Tantra Yoga teacher, and healer, psychic, certified hypnotherapist, and LucidPlay instructor. She has many spiritual articles published and five small press playful, political, instructive spiritual books. They are now unavailable as she is consoladating the information into another forthcoming larger press book.
