Marc Nobbs lives in the Northamptonshire countryside, just a stone’s throw from where Princess Diana is buried and the Gunpowder Plot was, well, plotted. It’s far cry from his inner-city roots, but that’s what an education does for you.

He started writing erotica in the late Nineties. In 2004 he found Desdmona’s Fishtank and with the help of the wonderful authors he met there, his writing improved by leaps and bounds. He now has a much better idea what commas are for, understands plot structure and character development and has a panic attack every time he writes a passive sentence.

In 2006, Marc was nominated for two Golden Clitorides. Best Author of the year, and best Flash story of the year for “Say it With Flowers” and “Testing the Groom".

Marc has his own website Marcnobbs.com and is also at Myspace

    2009 Nov 06

A few weeks ago I was quite euphoric as I formally turned in Eternally & Evermore for submission to Phaze. At the time I knew I really needed to kick on and get stuck into the next piece but, I suppos...
  • Exciting News

    2009 Nov 02

Another week goes by and it’s another week where I haven’t been able to find the time to blog as I’d have liked. But I’m not going to dwell on it – Life gets in the way sometimes, all of us have to ac...
  • Busy week

    2009 Oct 26

It was a busy week last week, as you can probably tell from my lack of any blog posts. It’s a shame because there was a lot I wanted to talk about last week, most obviously the appearance of BNP leade...

    2009 Oct 19

  • X-Factor Twins

    2009 Oct 19

Just a quickie. Simon Cowell’s X-Factor is back and the live shows are underway. This year we have the worst act to go through to the live shows in the history of live television, ever. But damn, t...
  • Chapter Headings

    2009 Oct 16

I must admit that I’ve never been a big fan of chapter headings. They seem to me to take far too much time to think up and don’t add all that much to the story. That said, I had a funny idea last nigh...
  • Looking Forward

    2009 Oct 15

So, I’m really excited about getting Eternally & Evermore to a state where I think I can submit it to Phaze and see if they’ll publish it. I genuinely think it’s the best thing I’ve written to date. I...
  • How good it feels when you think you've got something 'right'

    2009 Oct 13

Yesterday I was fortunate enough to be able to make a guest posting on Antonia Tiranth’s Blog. That’s in addition to the post I was able to make on the Virtual Book Tour blog last week. If you haven’t...
  • To Kindle or not to Kindle, that is the Question

    2009 Oct 09

I know, I know, I’ve been a bit of a bad boy the past week or so in terms of keeping up with the blog. Not a single, solitary entry. It’s not that I haven’t had anything to write about, it’s just that...
