Mauricio-José Schwarz (Wikipedia) is a Mexican-born writer and photographer living and working in Spain, his second country. He has published three novels, two short-story collections, two journalistic books and two poetry collections, and is present in numerous anthologies and collective works published in the US, Mexico, other Latin-American countries and various European countries.

His photography has been the subject of several exhibitions in Spain, and is present in advertising, books and magazines in Spain, Mexico, the U.S., Canada, Japan, Russia, China, the Czech Republic, Brazil Italy and Israel, among other countries. His photo website is Nocturno.
