Iden startade i Danmark på 70-talet, och ökar nu starkt över hela världen. Vaar dokumentär, baserad på intervjuer i 14 kollektivhus, visar att ett annat sorts stadsliv är möjligt!

One of today's biggest paradoxes, is that half of the world's population lives in city, yet many do not know their neighbours... Imagine 20 households: each has its own dwelling, but they all share some common rooms and activities. In that sense, cohousing makes urban life easier and more fun for both adults and children, while preserving their privacy. This documentary, based on interviews in 14 cohousings shows that another city life is possible! SUBTITLES: Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Swedish. He has published a book and articles about cohousings in the EU and the USA.

Eén van de grootste paradox in onze tijd, hoewel 50% van de bevolking in stad leeft, voelen de meesten zich alleen, en spreken bijna nooit met hun buren. Stellen jullie even 20 tot 30 families voor: iedere familie bezit zijn eigen appartement, maar ze verdelen ruimten en activiteiten. Daarmee maakt centraal wonen het leven in de steden gemakkelijker voor de volwassenen en de kinderen, terwijl ze de intimiteit hoog beschermen. Centraal wonen die in 1970 begon breidt zich vandaag in de wereld sterk uit. Die documentaire die op interviews in 14 centraal wonen projecten gebaseerd is, wil laten zien dat een ander leven in de steden mogelijk is!

Cohousing macht das Stadtleben einfacher und freudvoller sowohl für Erwachsene, wie auch für Kinder während es einen hohen Grad an Privatsphäre bewahrt. Cohousing begann in den Siebziger Jahren in Dänemark, und ist heute weltweit am aufblühen. Diese Dokumentation basiert auf Interviews in 14 Cohousing Gemeinschaften und zeigt: ein anderes Stadtleben ist möglich!
