Why Short-Term Missions Trips?
There are several reasons to host a short-term missions trip. First of all, you can help expose people to the global challenges of fulfilling Jesus’ Great Commission. Secondly, you can help expose people from the U.S. and Canada to other cultures and show them more of what the global church looks like. Thirdly, you can work with missionaries and learn how to prayerfully and financially support them more effectively. Fourthly, God uses short-term missions trips to call people to become more involved in ministry, missions, and may even call you or someone from your team into full-time missionary service.
