Gareth Beckwin is an Aarronic Advisor in the Land of Caern. Gareth's duty as an Advisor is to counsel Duke Olandis Pell, but above all else an Aarronic Advisor's duty is to protect the Land. Gareth learns that serving two masters can be a tricky proposition, especially when he fails to realize the rules have changed.

Seeker is actually the prologue for a future Land of Caern novel, but I wanted to publish it as a short story to introduce readers to Caern and to my writing style. Reviews appreciated!!!

The preview is the first 4 pages of the actual download.

Rylin Bas is a promising young acolyte at the last surviving temple to the "Child of Nobility" named Iruna. But events change people. Rylin Bas, once a boy with the rest of his life mapped out for him, has become Roh-kin, the "One who creates his own Path."

This is a character study I did once for a contest. It introduces a character that will appear in a future novel. This 6 page e-book, along with 'Seeker,' are intended to introduce readers to my writing style and to my setting known as 'The Land of Caern.'

Reviews appreciated!

The preview is only the first two pages of the e-book.

Tales of the Children – A Land of Caern short story podcast anthology presented by P.G. Holyfield Before I go any further, it must be said/written. I’m not happy with this episode. The story is top notch; the reading is solid; good use of music and effects. The issue is with the audio quality of the [...]

Well, I’ve been treated mighty nice this week by Tabz and the rest of the band of crazies over at Angel Between the Lines.
