Print: $15.31 Download: FREE A series of 13 short stories, all in some way incorporating an alien thread, these short stories set out to explore the human condition with the aid of a little alien perspective. Some are comic, such as the misadventures of Vivacious Drizzlybum and her sexual attraction machine or the wildly inaccurate observations of alien journalists on Earth. Other stories deal with the paranoia and insanity that is such a part of 21’st century man’s everyday existence (The Screen, and The Man Who Knew). The book also contains the more traditional science fiction in stories like The Vampire Wars and The Ghost Hunter, and the ubiquitous post-apocalyptic world so beloved of science fiction authors in The Fall. There’s even a love story of sorts in The Mission.

Together with his assistant, The Symbol, and the world’s second great superhero, The Illogical Woman, he battles the dark pan-dimensional forces that surround us but go unseen by we mere mortals; lost and ossified as we are, in the fatal fog of routine.
