A year ago I consulted a family friend, Peter Scardino MD, Chairman of the Department of Urology at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York. Fortunately for me he said that I didn't need to do anything in a rush and had plenty of time to make some decisions - a little unusual for a surgeon. Your book is what helped me make my decision because your thought processes seemed very similar to mine. I just finished reading your wonderful book. And, what a fantastic book it is. I just wished I had been aware of it and able to read it after my diagnosis of prostate cancer.
