R. Vance writes fantasy and horror. She has two full-length novels published, and several short stories and poems. She has contributed to the magazines "Twisted Dreams" and "Worlds Within...Worlds Beyond."
R. Vance is a 2008 Lady of Horror.
Her short story "My Elf" is featured in the Gothic anthology, "Sinister Landscapes," which was the number one best selling anthology on amazon.com for a short time, knocking Stephen King himself down a spot or two.
