Painted Visions 2009 is a fine art calendar featuring images from the Painted Visions collection by Canadian artist Roberta Murray. This series combines digital photographs with painted textures to portray the artists biases on the world. Roberta creates abstract acrylic or watercolor paintings for the express purpose of changing the depth or colors of an image. Digital paintings may also be employed to create just the right effect. The Land Of Possibility is an ongoing series of photographs by Canadian photographer Roberta Murray, designed to make the viewer question reality. The images examine how the possibilies of today can become the realities of tomorrow; and how that reality can be based on one persons vision, true or not. We all have our own ideas for the legacy we should leave behind, and in whatever small gesture, we struggle to get our voice heard so we too can shape the future with our own dreams.
