Print: $18.46 On March 26, 2007, a guy from Colorado took a photo of himself wearing a pair of knee-high stripy socks and posted it on the photo sharing website Flickr. Once the photo was taken, he had no use for the bizarre and somewhat barfy socks. And so began the Sisterhood of the Traveling Socks -- an amusing little group of people who mail this beloved pair of socks around the world, using them in self-portraits at each stop along the way.
Our first calendar features the 35 photos that have been taken so far.
All profits, plus additional contributions from the Sisterhood, will be donated to charity. For each calendar purchased, $7.50* will be sent to UNICEF, an organization that supports children throughout the world.
