Steve Payne, an englishman in Canada writes - if there is such a thing as a history geek, I am he.
During 2006 I posted a number of short stories to Mr Robbie Taylor's splendid "Today in Alternative History" (Important Events In History That Never Occurred Today) which I encourage you to visit. I have launched my own web site "Counter History in Context - You're the Judge!" which is designed for the less geeky based on disappointing responses of "I dont get it, Steve" and "Whats that all about,Steve?" from friends and family. This is still a work in progress and will eventually become an alternative news site i.e. fictionalised stories in a CNN/BBC web site presentation format.
