The Madison County Historical Society (MCHS) in Oneida, New York has published the 2nd edition of the Guide to Madison County Cemeteries. This new 236-page book has another 28 cemeteries included, making a total of 285 cemeteries that have been identified throughout Madison County. Over 100 burial grounds were noted to include the graves of Revolutionary War veterans. Also included in the new edition are GPS readings for most of the cemeteries and hundreds of photographs. Listed are the repositories of cemetery, county, town and village records, and other valuable information to help the genealogist find family records.
