Print: $14.69 An eerie darkness descends on the world and the little house near the small rural cemetery, where Karen stands alone in the darkness gazing out through her bedroom window at the fading daylight. Sudden a movement in the cemetery beyond the wall catches the corner of her eye and she steps back with a gasp, when from among the dark shapes of the grave stones a dark figure detaches itself and steps out to stare up into her bedroom window. Instantly her hand clasps over her mouth trying to hold back a scream as she stumbles back, when what feels like a hand of ice grips her heart and squeezes and she almost blacks out. The blood already pounding like a torrent in her veins quickening and causing her heart to beat without mercy against her ribcage.
Through all of this, although there is barely enough light to see the figure standing by the cemetery wall, she can clearly see its eyes, eyes like red-hot coals but as cold as death.
