Michael Dow is a new author and manager of Dow Creative Enterprises, LLC which is responsible for publishing books and websites. Michael’s first book that has been published (May 2008) is The Pen and Paper Diet which is based on scientific research and is easy to use. Individuals with wide ranging backgrounds from a high school dropout (non-GED) to an MD have grasped the weight management concepts in the book due to its straight forward discussions and step by step walkthrough of the program. This is the diet that most people have been waiting for since it does not involve diet pills, it does not require you to avoid certain types of foods, and is a weight management program for all activity levels even sedentary. Michael and his wife discovered The Pen and Paper Diet in the fall of 2007.
