My next children's book is called "The Monster Hunters of America: The Mulberry Division" and it follows a group of monster-crime fighting 7th graders as they try and rid monsters from their neighborhood. But when the "feds" show up and take over jurisdiction, all heck breaks loose! There is a lot of adult humor mixed in, especially if you have ever watched "COPS" or "Real Stories of the Highway Patrol." I used alot of what I see on those shows as ideas for how my characters act. It is very, very funny and I am actually doing some illustrations for it, so I am excited about that as well. ISLAND is getting a sequel and I am pleased to announce that I am about half way through the first draft. I put off the idea of a sequel for some time, but I had a great idea hit me and with the success the first book is having, I had to get a second part out there. This time, Brett is captured by a mysterious organization after a massive bombing in Washington, D.C. I am focusing more on Brett and Delilah Hollister in this book and there is going to be no shortage of Tyrannosaurus rex. I also have a great twist lined up, so get ready. BIG NEWS FOR JULY OF 2008! HERO JUICE, THE MOST POPULAR STORY IN "THE DONNELLY BROTHERS" IS GOING TO BE MADE INTO A SHORT FILM BY GOREELA PRODUCTIONS! MY FRIEND, WILLIAM THORN, IS DIRECTING THE FILM AND HE AND I WROTE THE SCREEN PLAY AND SCRIPT FOR IT. HE IS SHOOTING IN SANTA ROSA, CA AND EXPECTS TO CREATE ONE HELL OF A FILM!
