The perfect marriage of a lifetime of Trina's thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and the beauty of southwestern Colorado, as seen through Jeff's lens.
Available in paperback or PDF download. Trina L.C. Sonnenberg, Internet marketer, author and publisher has just released a new book. This book is not in her typical genre of marketing and home business information, but it is a step in the opposite direction. 'My Journey' is a compilation of verse, written over the last 27 years, accompanied by breathtaking photos of southwestern Colorado.
A domestic abuse survivor, Trina used writing as a coping mechanism during her years of abuse. This book is the result of that personal struggle and has been published as a way of offering solidarity and hope to others who are in a similar situation.

Good Morning, Trina,
I have just read your book. What a wonderful collection of beautiful and expressive poetry!!
You have exhibited a true gift! The flow of the words is wonderful and each one tells its own story, and yet collectively tell one big story, I felt your struggles, and heard your anger and always sensed the thread of hope that you never let go. There were moments of joy and laughter, tinged by the underlying sadness and feeling of entrapment, but I never sense that hope was lost. Your uncanny ability to birth these beautiful writings from tears and then laughter is amazing!
Great job, Trina!!

Help the Victims of Child Abuse
I have recently made the acquaintance of a couple who have devoted the last eleven years of their lives to helping little girls who have been abused. They own and operate a ranch in northern Colorado, which they have turned into a summer camp for abused girls who are currently in the foster care system.
The name of the organization they created is The Children of the Son Ranch.
http://www.childrenoftheson.org
They are rated #1 in the state of Colorado, as a child care facility and are 100% not for profit. However, they need financial help. The bank is going to foreclose on the ranch if their note is not paid now. They've bought themselves some time by listing the property for sale, but selling the ranch will not help these children. Ultimately, they would like to expand on the program to build a permanent foster care facility and staff it for girls to have a safe place to live and grow up.
I am writing to ask you to help them, either by donating to their cause, or spreading the word of their need. Please visit their web site and do whatever you can to help them keep this resource alive. They've helped so many children and it has become my mission to help them keep up their work for these children.
This is critical, as they must raise funds to keep from being closed. $2.5 million is needed to keep the ranch out of foreclosure, and time is short.
