Born in Lakeland, Florida, Wayne Bryant moved with his family to Jacksonville when he was three years old. He attended Terry Parker High School. Health reasons forced him to retire early. He wanted to write about some of the experiences in his life. He took a course in creative writing from Jacksonville Junior College. He was awarded the Fiction Promotions Exceptional Author Appreciation Award for his novel "Megan's Voyage." Bryant admits his life has never been boring and his ability to tell a story that causes page-turning excitement is simply amazing.
