Welcome To My Blog!
2008 Mar 08 I’ve just gotten back from the show in Las Vegas and wanted to let fans of the Gargirls know how it went. The ASD/AMD Trade show in Vegas was quite an eye- opening experience for a "Newbie" like me. Basically, if you’ve never experienced this type of event it can be described this way: whatever your empty shop or gift store needs, you’ll find it there!
Since I am a new faerie type artist, my reason for being at the convention was to help “Land of Myth and Not” (LOMN), my wholesale publisher, promote themselves and my “faerie” art. I generally refer to most of my faeries as “The Gargirls”. My time at the convention was mainly spent signing a pre-designated print of mine entitled “Pouter” for LOMN clients.
Most of the people who received the prints were retail customers of LOMN and spoke favorably of ‘my girls’, as I call them. I would jokingly say, “I’m the edgy artist of the group, mine have tails” , which drew chuckles. LOMN publishes some of the most well known faerie artists in the world; Amy Brown, the most famous. Usually, the customers had a positive response about the tails. I was delighted when one client remarked that the very reason she bought my art was BECAUSE of the tails, which she said made my work different from all the rest. That one comment alone made my time in Vegas worth it, because my goal has always been to produce artwork in the fantasy/faerie category that stands out.
When I was finished doing the signings, I walked around the Sands Convention Center, a huge two- story complex, and networked among the other vendors. In the end, I truly came away from the experience having made many new friends that I feel will help promote the Gargirls in the future. Friends who finally meant business in a serious way. The Internet is a fantastic networking tool, but signing prints in person is a lot of fun and I look forward to being involved in more expos and shows as my schedule allows. Thanks again to LOMN and everyone who loves “my girls”. You’ll be seeing a lot more of us!
2008 Feb 25 MARCH 2-3, LAS VEGAS ART EXPO
This has already been an exciting and productive year for me and the Gargirls. I will be selling and signing prints of the Gargirls at an art expo in Las Vegas, March 2-3. So, if you're in the area, drop by and say "hi" and take a look at all my unique creations. I'll also be selling a selection of more mainstream fantasy/fairy art that appeals to a wide range of tastes. I'm very happy about participating, and look forward to meeting and greeting all those in attendance. It's always wonderful to personally meet with fans and other artists. The Internet is great, but it's impersonal. Shows like this are fantastic opportunities to really bond with an audience and find out more about current trends. If you'd like more information, feel free to drop me a line at gargirls002@yahoo.com.
2008 Feb 25 Drop by and pay a visit to the Gargirls at:
http://www.myspace.com/gargirlssamral
You can get to know me, my background as an artist, and most of all more about the Gargirls of Samral! I'm looking forward to expanding my site and hearing from all my new friends who love 3D art, fantasy, sci-fi, and the art scene in general. See you there!
2008 Feb 08 I'm very excited to announce that I recently signed on with a great company called Land of Myth And Not which specializes in fantasy art. Please feel free to check out my gallery there:
http://www.lomanwholesale.com
Land of Myth is featuring me as one of their new artists and I look forward to a satisfying association with them. I'll continue to update my blog here at LULU with any new developments. As always, feel free to drop me a line and let me know what you think about my art. I am currently selling a 2008 calendar at LULU featuring my "Gargirls of Samral". Thanks for your interest and support!
2007 Jul 17 I just made a fun video at Youtube featuring the lovely Gargirls of Samral. Take a peek:

Or, you can type in "gargirls" at Youtube and it'll load the video. I enjoy being creative in all types of media, from computer graphics to the visual impact of video, to printing (posters, silkscreening etc.)
As always, I welcome your comments and feedback! Thanks and have fun watching!
2007 Jun 18 I'm proud to announce that I now have my own website, featuring a full gallery of my "Gargirls Of Samral" 3D artwork.

Drop me a line at my email of gargirls001@yahoo.com and let me know what you think. Feedback, ideas, and comments are appreciated!
2007 Apr 26 Several people have told me that they think my type of fantasy/sci-fi 3D art would look great on a book cover. As you can see from the many images included here at my Storefront, I specialize in a dark, erotic look and theme with my Gargirls of Samral. Some of my work also has a "playful" edge to it as well.
If you're a writer looking for someone to do that type of cover art, don't hesitate to drop me a line at my email of gargirls001@yahoo.com My rates are very reasonable and I'm quite good at listening carefully to what a client wants for their creative project. If you think my work would be a good match for your needs, let me know. I have a sample of a magazine cover featuring my Gargirls that I'd be happy to send you upon request.
I look forward to hearing from you!
2007 Apr 19 Here's a link to check out which will give you a better idea of some of my pictures in larger format.

At my main page, the images are small thumbnails, and I know people want to get a better "preview" before purchasing. So in all fairness to those of you who want to see what you're getting (and who doesn't?), I'm providing the link above so that you can get a better feel for all the details of my Gargirls.
My work is continuing to make its way around the Net, to various blogs and websites. Here's a big "thank you" to those of you who have written insightful reviews or taken the time to analyze and evaluate my work.
I'll continue to check in and update this blog periodically with news, ideas, or developments with my "Gargirls of Samral" project(s).
2007 Apr 10 The latest news on my Gargirls calendar - I've been featured at a great website called www.mikeyandmandy.com
Here's the link:

Thanks very much to the nice folks over there who appreciate my work! Their site is awesome, lots of creativity and artistic vision, essays, photos, and lots more. So be sure to pay them a visit!
2007 Apr 05 Hello everyone!
My name is Scott Koznar, aka "Weenie", and I'm a 3D artist, specializing in erotic computer generated art. My works appear on a number of other websites, including Renderotica, Raunchyminds, Seventhcomplex and a few others.
I've been doing art since age six, but discovered computer art in the last few years, and found that it was a great medium for me to express my artistic vision.
My current project is a unique calendar showcasing my Gargirls - The Gargirls of Samral Calendar - 2008. It's just a small sample of what I've created over the years with the Gargirl theme. I have always been an admirer of the "pin up" type look (think Playboy!). But I wanted to be unique so I began to explore the "dark" side of the pinup style, and thus the title of my calendar.
I'm also in the process of possibly designing a line of Gargirl lingerie in the future. This blog will keep you updated on the progress of my various projects related to my artwork and I look forward to hearing your feedback.
